LOG REFUND POLICY:
To obtain a refund for the event, Lotus Headquarters or the LOG chairman must be contacted in a timely manner. If you choose to email the request then a return receipt is advised to confirm when your request was received. Contact email@example.com.
All requests received by July 10, 2018 will have a full credit issued (unless special Driver’s Ed event has special cancellation policy).
All requests received by Friday, August 3rd, the Friday before LOG will have a refund issued except for the prepaid clothing. The clothing order will have already been processed by this date. Shipping costs to send the clothing will be deducted from the refund.
All requests received after Friday, August 3rd, will be on a case by case basis, primarily determined if we can sell off the food choices and other paid for items that have already been pre-ordered. There will also be a $25 processing fee.
(Special cancellation rules may be implemented for the Driver’s Ed event.)
